Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Perform production of products. Responsible for moving, handling, and listing wood pieces and millwork through production. May be responsible for packing orders, building crates, doing finishing work, sanding products down, pushing boards, and more.

ResponsibilitiesMove, handle, and list wood pieces and millwork to process through production.Pack orders and build crates.Perform finishing work such as sanding products down.Push boards and other materials as needed.Work independently with little direction when necessary.Keep work area safe and clean.Evaluate finished product quality to visual or documented quality standards.Comply with Company PPE policy.Conduct tool checks and preventive maintenance on tools.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in production or general labor.Proficiency with hand tools.Carpentry or construction experience is a plus.Experience as a pallet builder or production worker is a plus.Pay & Shift1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - FridayPay: $17.50 an hour$$ Paid weekly $$Contract to hire with benefits offeredMedical/dental/vision insurance, 401k planPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
