**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** Working as a part of the team in either an extrusion, top coating, or inspection role. You will be involved in the manufacturing of car products, such as dashboard material and soft top convertible covers. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery in the manufacturing process + Inspect finished products for quality + Perform top coating tasks + Pack products for shipment + Stand on your feet for 10+ hours + Work well in a team environment **Essential Skills** + Machine operation + Production + General labor + Machine operating + Inspection + Packing **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong attention to detail + Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds + Comfortable with documentation **Why Work Here?** We offer reimbursement for steel-toed boots once you become a permanent employee. We are looking to take people on a permanent basis. **Work Environment** Warehouse type manufacturing environment with large machines that materials go through. Shift times are 6:20PM-4:20AM or 6:20AM if you want extra hours. **Pay:** **$19.50 + 10 hours of overtime a week at $29.25.** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Acton, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
