The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient loading and unloading of rail cars in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, or other machinery for loading and unloading rail cars. + Secure loads to ensure safe transport and compliance with safety standards. + Inspect rail cars for damage or hazards prior to loading/unloading. + Monitor and document weights, quantities, and other relevant data. + Communicate with team members, supervisors, and dispatch to coordinate operations. + Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and regulatory guidelines. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). + Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation industries is a plus. + Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to (Insert Weight Limit) pounds. + Flexibility to work, including potential overtime or weekends. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Why Join Us?** + Competitive pay. + Comprehensive benefits package. + Opportunities for professional growth and training. + A supportive and collaborative work environment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
