**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
We are a manufacturer of German auto parts in need of six CNC operators. The role involves loading parts onto the machine and performing basic inspections when the parts come out. This is a production environment, so you will run the same parts repeatedly.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load parts onto the CNC machine
+ Perform basic inspections on parts after machining
+ Operate CNC machines including mill, lathe, industrial saw, and press brake
+ Read and interpret blueprints
+ Use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
+ Ensure quality standards are met
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with CNC machine operation
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
+ Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
+ Experience in manufacturing and production environments
+ Familiarity with machines such as Mazak, Haas, Fanuc
**Work Environment**
The work environment is extremely climate-controlled and very clean. Candidates must be comfortable with training on day shifts for an extended period and standing on their feet for the entire shift. Shifts available are 2nd shift (3 PM - 11:30 PM, Mon-Fri) and 3rd shift (11 PM - 7:30 AM, Sun-Thu).
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
