Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Associate to join their team in West Deptford, NJ. This role is responsible for executing daily production tasks, operating machinery, and ensuring product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production machinery to meet processing standards.Follow production schedules and ensure timely, accurate product output.Perform process and operational checks independently.Train and mentor junior operators on equipment and production processes.Ensure adherence to product traceability and allergen control guidelines.Handle and prepare ingredients, including staging, measuring, and mixing.Complete required documentation and maintain cleanliness in production areas.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.3+ years of experience in food manufacturing is highly desired.2+ years of machine operating experience required.Knowledge of production procedures and equipment troubleshooting.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $18.00Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:45 AM – 3:00 PM
