Job Description:

Location: North Brookfield, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing Services in partnership with VIBRAM located in North Brookfield, MA is hiring!

Vibram’s manufacturing plant in North Brookfield, MA has been around since the early 1800s. Positions include: Production Associates, Finishing Associates, Mixing Associates, AND MORE!

Whether you are new to the industry and looking to get your foot in the door, or experienced and looking to move into a reputable company in the area, we have a position for you!

Responsibilities:

Perform various duties within the department as assigned to work with, assist or replace on a temporary basis, heel and/or sole molders or service persons, press room trucker or piler as assigned.
Perform a series of operations following molding including: inspection, painting, trimming, and packing a wide assortment of composition, neoprene, cushion soles and heels following established methods, prescribed practices and procedures.
Work from verbal orders and instructions. Use shears, trimming machines, cleaners, solvents, various touch up markers, paints, and paint brushes.

Desired Background/Skills:

Previous experience in manufacturing preferred, but not required for most roles
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Good communication and basic math skills
