Job Title: Production Associate - C Shift
Job Description

We are looking to hire three production workers for our team (two for 1st shift, one for 2nd shift). Ideal candidates will have previous electronic manufacturing experience, such as through-hole or surface mount soldering, and a strong mechanical aptitude. Flexibility to assist in other departments and a positive attitude are essential. We are open to entry-level candidates and have had success hiring individuals from retail, fast food/food services, and other manufacturing fields. Basic computer skills, including navigating programs, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience, are required.

Work Environment

The work setting consists of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. Candidates in this role have the option to either sit or stand during their 10-hour shift, but standing will be required. This is a light industrial/general assembly role where candidates will lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and will have metrics to hit in regards to how many pieces they need to assemble. The schedule for C Shift is Wednesday to Saturday, 6am-4pm, with training during the first week on Monday from 8:30am to 4pm, and Tuesday to Friday from 7am to 3pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.60/hr.
