**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are looking to hire three production workers (two for the first shift and one for the second shift). An ideal candidate has previous electronic manufacturing experience, either through-hole or surface mount soldering, and a strong mechanical aptitude. Flexibility to assist in other departments and a positive attitude are essential. We are also open to entry-level candidates, especially those with backgrounds in retail, fast food/food services, and other manufacturing fields. Shift options include D Shift (6 pm to 6 am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday) and a possible C Shift (6 am to 6 pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday). Candidates must be available to work the initial shift before transitioning. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.60 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
