**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
We are looking to hire three production workers (two for the first shift and one for the second shift). An ideal candidate has previous electronic manufacturing experience, either through-hole or surface mount soldering, and a strong mechanical aptitude. Flexibility to assist in other departments and a positive attitude are essential. We are also open to entry-level candidates, especially those with backgrounds in retail, fast food/food services, and other manufacturing fields. Basic computer skills, including navigating programs, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience, are required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
+ Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
+ Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.
+ Sit or stand during a 10-hour shift with some standing required.
+ Lift no more than 10-15 lbs and meet assembly metrics.
+ Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
+ One or more years of related experience is preferred.

**Work Environment**
The work environment consists of a manufacturing setting with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. Shift options include D Shift (6 pm to 6 am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday) and a possible C Shift (6 am to 6 pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday). Candidates must be available to work the initial shift before transitioning.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.60
