Job Title: Production Associate - D Shift
Job Description

We are looking to hire 15 production workers for the D Shift (6:00pm to 6:00am, Tuesday through Friday). The ideal candidate will have previous electronic manufacturing experience, either through-hole or surface mount soldering, and a strong mechanical aptitude. However, we are also open to entry-level candidates with a great attitude and willingness to be flexible. Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate programs, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience, are required.

Work Environment

The work setting consists of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. The D Shift hours are 6:00pm to 6:00am, Tuesday through Friday, with the possibility of working a 5th 8-hour shift when production quotas need to be met. Up to 56 hours each week. The first week of training will be Monday 8:30am - 4:00pm and Tuesday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. The role allows for sitting or standing during the 10-hour shift, though standing will be required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
