Are you mechanically inclined and ready to take your skills to the next level? We’re hiring a Production Associate to assist in the teardown, cleaning, and inspection of high-horsepower diesel engines.

Requirements:

Skills:

Automotive/Diesel repair experience. Mechanical aptitude and hand tool knowledge. Attention to detail and a safety-focused mindset. Ability to work in a production-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a manufacturing or mechanical setting preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Disassembly and Cleaning: Rotate through engine teardown, component cleaning, and inspection. Health & Safety: Follow safety protocols, report hazards, and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Quality Control: Inspect and document components, control non-conforming materials, and raise quality concerns. Production Goals: Operate equipment efficiently, maintain clean workspaces, and support production objectives. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with peers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
