Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Marlborough, MA to bring on Production/Machine Operators on 1st shift! These are temp or temp to hire positions. **Hours:** _Monday and Friday: 3:00am – 3:00pm_ _Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 4:30am – 3:00pm_ **Pay:** _$18.50/hour_ **Responsibilities:** + Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy + Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently. + Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care. + Report any machinery issues to management. + Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. + Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management. + Follow all written and verbal instructions. + Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends. **Qualifications** : + High school diploma or equivalent required + 2+ years’ experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred. + Flexible schedule and willingness to work on different shifts preferred. + Must be available for weekends/occasional overtime. + Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals + Basic math, reading, and writing skills. + Good communication skills + Willingness to always comply with all safety guidelines. + Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching. + Able to operate large industrial machinery. + Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. **If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to the posting!** **Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
