**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator responsible for the operation and setup of all Assembly, Molding, Stamping, and Plating Department production equipment and processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in machine operation and general production, as well as computer literacy. The ability to stand for 12 hours and work effectively within a team is essential. **Responsibilities** + Operate and set up production equipment in the Assembly, Molding, Stamping, and Plating Departments. + Ensure all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently. + Inspect machines and equipment for any failures or issues and make necessary adjustments. + Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in machine operation and general production. + Computer literacy, including the ability to use computers and touch screen devices. + Ability to stand for 12 hours during the shift. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with the metric system. + Experience with injection, assembly, molding, and stamping processes. **Why Work Here?** As an employee, you are eligible for comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and self-referral services for chiropractic, naturopathic, massage therapy, and acupuncture. The Stamping and Molding departments are more independent, while the Plating and Assembly departments are team-focused. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.17/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
