Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Production Associate - Trim Assembly. This position is 40 hour work week that runs from 5:00am-3:00pm and days are Monday-Friday.
The hourly rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.

What you’ll do:The incumbent will serve as an essential element of the Fabrication team by providing functional expertise and support in all areas of the Trim Fab and CNC machine operations. Candidate will be able to effectively manufacture products for internal and external customers, ensuring product quality and maximum efficiency.

Basic (Required):
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing and paintline experience.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. with reasonable accommodation. Incumbent must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Repetitive lifting, bending, and squatting is inherent to this position. No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate are of Sumter county (50 Miles) will be considered for this position.Some experience in assembly operation of trims, or assembly requiring drawings or diagrams is preferredSkills: Must work somewhat independently and make decisions that affect the workgroup.
