- Operate a rack and saw safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in production and designated areas
- Use and interpret measurements from a tape measure and caliper
- Ensure products meet customer and quality requirements
- Package finished goods according to customer specifications
- Complete daily production reports accurately
- Read engineering sheets and provide suggestions for improvements
- Adhere to all plant safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Skills:
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Capable of working 10-12 hour shifts as required
Qualifications:
- Effective communicator with cross-functional teams, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively- Good analytical skills for effective problem-solving
- Detail-oriented and proficient with numbers to ensure high-quality
- Well-organized with sound judgment in decision-making
