How you will contribute:

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, 4and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

High School Diploma - Required

Additional Job Requirements

At least 2 years of manufacturing experience is required.Ability to work any shift, weekends, and holidays as required.Ability to work well in a team-based environment with limited supervision.Capable of working effectively as part of a High-Performance TeamBasic to intermediate computer proficiencyAbility to follow directions.Ability to problem solve and help with practical solutions.Ideal candidates should be mechanically inclined and capable of fixing minor issues on the go.Ability to perform basic mechanical and quality checks.Troubleshooting skillsUnderstanding escalating processes.Employees are expected to take ownership of their processes and responsibilities.You must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.

The following physical demands are examples of duties that may be performed:

This role is highly physical; you will be on your feet for the entire shift, walking from one place to another.Responsibilities can vary daily, and you could be working anywhere on the production line, from beginning to end, depending on the bakery’s needs.Climb steps.Lift 50 pounds and maintain balance.You will be working in a bakery setting, which can involve exposure to varying temperatures, from hot ovens to cooler storage areas.Crawl over, under, and into equipment as necessary to perform job duties.Work from ladders and liftsYou must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the day, as this is expected due to the nature of the position.The production environment can be fast-paced and requires attention to detail.The noise level can be moderate to high, requiring the use of hearing protection in certain areas.Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).The work environment is team-oriented, and collaboration with colleagues is essential to ensure smooth operations.Flexibility is key, as you may be required to switch tasks or areas based on production needs.

Work schedule:

Must be flexible to work any shift - The training schedule will not be the same as the work schedule.Possibility of employees to be hired to work the Weekday Crew shall be scheduled to work eight (8) hour shifts on five (5) days each week, during the period Monday - Friday.
