We are looking for a team member to work as a 'Production Automation Engineer' on-site in our factory, who will be responsible for production and processes with the following qualifications;
Qualifications:
Graduated from university departments of mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, electronics, automation engineering, or similar fields.At least 2 years of experience in industrial facilities, particularly in sectors such as medical equipment manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical industry, food, or FMCG.Proficient in industrial communication infrastructures like Profinet, Industrial Ethernet, Profibus, Canbus, etc.Knowledgeable about industrial automation instruments (Robots - Epson, Drives, Cameras - Cognex / Keyence, barcode readers, sensors, encoders, etc.).Experienced with servo motors and their drivers (Siemens, Schneider, etc.).Familiar with pneumatic systems (Festo, SMC, etc.) and mechanical actuating/transmitting components (THK, Bosch Rexroth, Autorotor, RNA, etc.).Experienced in PLC Control Systems (Siemens, Schneider, etc.).Proficient in using ERP programs (SAP, ORACLE, etc.) and MS Office applications, with experience in analysis and reporting.Possess high communication skills and a tendency towards teamwork.Possess analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.Adaptable to planned working, with strong coordination skills.Competent in process monitoring, problem-solving, and being solution-oriented.Eager and able to work directly on production machines in a cleanroom environment.Highly motivated to perform tasks at and around machines.Fluent in English.For male candidates, military service must be completed.Residing in or willing to relocate to Antalya.Job Description:
Manage the operation of production automation machines that produce at high speed and quality.Execute commissioning and validation processes for new automation projects.Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure that production automation machines operate efficiently and produce the desired quality.Manage and coordinate technical activities on mass production lines.Ensure efficient performance of subordinate blue-collar personnel and continuously support their development through training.Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by conducting root cause analysis in cases of quality and performance declines, ensuring timely actions are taken.Distribute work orders to automation machines according to production planning criteria, and guide the team based on this production plan.Monitor and supervise the operation of assigned production automation processes; create and maintain documents related to applicable quality standards and processes.Resolve production issues by evaluating all processes for labor, time, and other potential losses, and take definitive and permanent measures in collaboration with other departments.Ensure that production automation machines and subordinate personnel are always prepared for internal and external audits.Quickly address deficiencies related to machine and personnel concerning occupational health and safety.Enhance GMP and CAPA activities in responsible production automation machines.
