Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Pharmaceutical Chemist to join our team in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research, developing new pharmaceutical compounds, and ensuring the quality and safety of our products. This role offers a comprehensive training program designed to support your professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform chemical analyses and experiments to ensure product quality and efficacy.Develop and validate analytical methods for drug substances and products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.Document and report research findings and experimental results.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.Previous experience in pharmaceutical research and development is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ICH guidelines).Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00
