Job Description
Join our team as a Production-Clean Room Technician where you will be instrumental in assembling and distributing small part medical devices. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving target production levels, maintaining product quality, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your workspace. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesInspect parts and pack products.Perform quality control and assemble tubes used in IV bags.Make minor repairs to tooling and equipment to maintain product quality.Conduct inspection of parts and complete batch control paperwork.Perform duties safely and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.Essential SkillsPrevious manufacturing experience.Experience with measurements and math.Ability to learn, comprehend, and implement Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.Knowledge of safety and quality procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work with limited supervision.Cooperate with other shifts, engineering, quality, and management teams.Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment.Operate equipment/tools that require close control and adjustment.
Work Environment
Work in a clean warehouse environment where you will need to wear a gown, pants, and brand-new shoes. The environment is very team-oriented, and you will have the ability to move to different lines and responsibilities as needed. You will be expected to comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures while operating various equipment and tools.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50
