The salary range for this role is:
$15.50 - $48.08Responsibilities:
Verifies orders and checks truck drivers in and out of the DCSchedules appointments in Transplace and creates the daily Shipping and Receiving schedule (OTR, Flats, Pflug) for the crewsLog truck trailer in and out times into TransplaceAssist the Department Supervisors and DC Supervisors as neededCreate Trailers and assign Movement numbers in Red Prairie as neededChecks and dispatches orders in both Red Prairie and SAPOrganizes and files shipping BOL's and Receipt Packing ListsChecks off daily transaction report (DTR) against shipping and receiving ordersProcess receipts for CHEP palletsMonitor and reconcile shipping and receiving discrepanciesCreates and processes shop orders for DRU's in SAP as neededProcess Sundry/Salvage ordersPerforms research for deduction claimsCreate and send Notice of Change (NOC) forms for stock discrepanciesOther duties as assignedDel Monte Foods Key Behaviors:

Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalentAt least 1-3 years appointment desk experience or related experience, preferably in a Distribution Center environment.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, OutlookKnowledge with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Knowledge of SAP strongly preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organization skills and the ability to multi-taskStrong work ethic with proven ability to work with deadlines and commitment including occasional weekendsDetail OrientedFlexible/Open availabilityGood communication skills, both verbal and in writingBilingual preferredWE OFFER:
