**Job Title: Production Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Specialist responsible for managing raw materials and Work-In-Progress (WIP) items using a scanner and maintaining the accuracy of transactions in our ERP system. **Responsibilities** + Perform clerical tasks to support production control and ensure the accuracy of work orders in the ERP system. + Accurately and timely transact raw materials and WIP items into the ERP system using a scanner. + Assist production coordinators in resolving discrepancies with work orders. + Move WIP items from virtual locations to corresponding packaging lines in the ERP system. + Transact returns of packaging materials back to the warehouse using a scanner. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Effective oral and written communication skills. + 1-3 years of related experience in production or inventory management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with ERP systems, particularly D365. + Proficiency in using scanners for inventory management. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive environment. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, with equipment if necessary. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in production management. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Center, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.25 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
