Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Specialist responsible for managing raw materials and Work-In-Progress (WIP) items using a scanner and maintaining the accuracy of transactions in our ERP system.
ResponsibilitiesPerform clerical tasks to support production control and ensure the accuracy of work orders in the ERP system.Accurately and timely transact raw materials and WIP items into the ERP system using a scanner.Assist production coordinators in resolving discrepancies with work orders.Move WIP items from virtual locations to corresponding packaging lines in the ERP system.Transact returns of packaging materials back to the warehouse using a scanner.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Effective oral and written communication skills.1-3 years of related experience in production or inventory management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ERP systems, particularly D365.Proficiency in using scanners for inventory management.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role occasionally requires climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, with equipment if necessary. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in production management.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Center, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.25
