Production Compliance

**THE POSITION**
For our site in Noventa Padovana, that deals with the production of veterinary vaccines, we are looking for a Production Compliance reporting directly to the Production Manager. The candidate will verify that all activities and documentation meet the GMP requirements respecting business practices, quality standards and current regulations (e.g GMP practices, FDA, etc.) proactively helping the growth of Quality Culture in the department.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
+ Carry out the revision of relevant production practices and verify the compliance to specifics, company procedures and current legislations
+ Perform periodical surveillance on production activities and pro-actively promote the Quality Culture inside the departments
+ Encourage sharing Issues and subsequent corrective actions with the Production Department during regular meetings
+ Take part in the continuous improvement of the Department, providing support in the implementation of new streams, optimization of procedures and in creation of Tools and operative checklists
+ Perform the training of production personnel involved in Quality on the Floor activities and those working in the Department for activities related to their area of competence
+ Collaborate with the Quality Operations function to ensure the correct execution of the investigations, supporting in understanding of the causes and participating in the identification of the corrective or preventive actions.
**Requirements**
+ Degree in CTF, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or similar
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in pharmaceutical companies
+ Good knowledge of written and spoken English and native level of Italian language
+ Good knowledge of Ms Office
+ Ability to work in a team and excellent interpersonal skills;
+ Analytical skills, continuous improvement and innovation mindset
