What You Will Be Doing
Join Lockheed Martin as a Production Control Analyst Staff in Greenville, SC, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting aircraft production by ensuring the timely flow of materials and work documents. In this leadership-driven role, you’ll collaborate with functional teams across Back Shops, Assembly Lines, Maintenance Hangars, and Warehouses to resolve challenges, optimize processes, and maintain production schedules. You’ll also train team members, address material shortages, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a team lead, providing guidance, addressing technical challenges, and training team members to excel in their roles.
- Focus on continuous improvement initiatives to support increased production rates and optimize operations.
- Generate detailed reports on work document status and material shortages to ensure seamless communication with production and functional teams.
- Act as a liaison with the Program Office, Back Shops, Assembly Lines, Maintenance Hangars, and Warehouse to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of kits and materials
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production bottlenecks, ensuring schedules are met or accelerated.
- Work in a secure facility that requires U.S. citizenship and special access clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with 10 years of professional experience, 8 years of professional experience with a Masters degree, or 12 years experience with no Bachelors Degree
- Experience with Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP), Shop Floor Dispatching, or Inventory Control practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems / SAP
Desired Skills:
• Experience working in an aviation/aircraft maintenance and or Aerospace & Defense Production Environment.
• Production Control experience supporting a value stream.
• MRP analyst or Inventory Control background
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
