 Job Description:

\n\n Ensure process and workflows work as expected to meet SLA requirements for our Print Mail Business\n Supporting level 1 and level 2 support serving as a point of contact for issue resolution\n Create, follow up and communicate incidents \n Apply technical know-how to assess and troubleshoot issues \n\n

  Qualifications:

\n\n At least 1 year of experience in IT related fields, support, infrastructure, or development is preferred \n Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills \n Good technical skills with Windows Servers  \n Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Sharepoint \n Experience troubleshooting issues between multiple applications/servers in a given workflow \n Willing to learn new software tools \n Adaptability to manage changes in procedures and requirements \n Flexibility to cover for other teammates when needed \n Excellent communication skills to acknowledge, follow up and close issues and cooperate with teammates and other teams in a timely manner \n\n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated pay range for this role is $17.00 -$21.00 an hour.\n\n
