Job Description
We are looking for a Production Control Manager to maintain a safe working environment within a manufacturing facility. You will provide support with ERP implementation and optimization, coordinate production to efficiently utilize resources and personnel, communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries, monitor KPIs and suggest improvements, assist in inventory management and kitting materials, work with internal teams to enhance supply chain efficiency, and assist the Plant Manager in daily operations.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain a safe working environment within the manufacturing facility.Provide support with ERP implementation and optimization.Coordinate production to efficiently utilize resources and personnel to complete production orders.Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements.Assist in inventory management and kitting materials.Work with internal teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.Assist the Plant Manager in daily operations.Essential Skills2-3+ years of experience in Production Control in a manufacturing setting.Proficiency in ERP systems, including integration and optimization.Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes.Strong interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Bachelor's Degree (preferred).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Netsuite, Oracle, SAP, and purchasing.Strong kitting skills.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00
This individual would receive paid time off and holiday pay as a full-time employee. There is also a possibility of a stock option.
They will have the ability to sign up for health insurance if they aren't already on another plan.

This is a fully onsite position in Lexington,KY.
