We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented colleague to join our production department as a team member. In this role, you will work with data and databases, handling data related to healthcare. You will be responsible for delivering periodic reports and outputs, and managing the production process from input to output.
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring the production process on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for manipulating and transforming data (partially ETL process) from different sources such as distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, or suppliers so that it is structured and can be imported into databases. Additionally, you will manage the production process flow until final delivery to the client.
Workplace is flexible and it is partially in the IQVIA Office and partially from home.
Responsibilities:
Monitors the production environment using IQVIA tools.Data transformation (xlsx, pdf… into .txt, .csv…) and loading data into databasesResponds to data or job failures/issues and correct problems/issues when possible, according to established procedures.Builds master schedule for assigned products and reviews schedules produced by other schedulers.Monitors Weekly and Monthly performance of all processing and reviews against schedule.Takes corrective action as required, including prioritization of data processing workload, communication and coordination with other operational and user groups, and escalation of issue through problem management process.Reports status of all products on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Updates standard operating procedures (SOP) as required.Supports an offshore production hub and may advise on the scheduling of day-to-day activities to ensure high quality, accurate and timely deliverables which meet requirements.Skill requirements:
