Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all EBU activity from a production standpoint to meet operational requirementsProvide an interface between Powerplant Planning and the EBU ShopsDaily updates to PPS for engine/APU status, workforce assignments, and parts shortagesPrint, distribute, and review engine work packages (TIS, etc.), and report on all ROBbed and/or missing partsAct as liaison for Engineering for non-routine maintenance issues/findingsCommunicate to EBU leadership the daily workload priority established by Powerplant Planning, as well as advise them of intra-day changesEnsure EBU SOP procedures are followed as applicable during normal operationsManage production within the EBU by balancing the needs of Powerplant Planning and the operational situation within the EBUProvide status updates and information to all requestors (Records, Repair Mod, Planning, Engineering, etc.)Provide assistance to EBU Supervisor as requested and seek out ways to improve existing processesDaily duties as assigned and ad hoc reactions to operational issues

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

College degree or 5 years relevant technical experience2 years aviation experience with technical/operational backgroundProven track record to understand technical documents; both OEM and InternalAP certificationDigital literacy including Microsoft officeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

5 years airline, or related technical experienceContinuous Improvement training or experienceAdvanced user of Excel, and Word
