Production Coordinator Spooner, WI (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=1100+Roundhouse+Rd+Spooner+WI+USA+54801) Job Type Full-time Description OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for a Production Coordinator to actively communicate with a variety of departments while juggling priorities associated with identifying and meeting customer needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Review and follow up with requests from customer service regarding expedites, urgent orders, and WIP status + Follow up with orders in process until completion + Run Shortage reports for Purchased items and communicate with Purchasing and Customer Service + Provide estimated completion dates for orders in process + When requesting a job from a specific work center, need to make sure all parts and BOM items are being provided, and need to work with Material Handlers + Receive raw material into ERP System + Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager Requirements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS + Manufacturing experience in metal stamping and injection molding a plus + ERP and MRP experience required + Basic math and problem-solving skills + Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office programs + Attention to detail, quality work, self-motivated, working with all team members to meet production goals are essential qualities EDUCATION + Highschool diploma + Associate degree preferred WORK ENVIRONMENT + While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration.
