Comunale can work in virtually every market sector and facility type. **Job Title: Production Coordinator** The primary function of this position is to assist in various areas of the Fabrication Shop where needed. **Essential Duties / Responsibilities:** Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Prepare job packets and coordinate the Fabrication Shop per FMS schedules. + Assist in managing all ERP systems [FMS, Pick, Bundle]. + Create, split, closeout, and update FMS job entries as needed. + Review and confirm FMS and Bundle system counts match. + Assist in monitoring the Jobs in Design report and communicate accordingly. + Assist in cycle counting inventory for weld outlets and cast fittings. + Monitor, manage, and review the job PDF folders and access for the weld lines. + Monitor and process all blue tickets and field call ins. + Coordinate make on assemblies (Riser Nipples, Trapeze, Ada-caps, etc). **Qualifications:** To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
