**Physical Production Staff Coordinator**
Each production executive is assigned film projects and interfaces with filmmakers during the set-up of the production, scheduling of the project, and then oversight of production during filming. Physical production interfaces with many departments, including but not limited to, Post, VFX, Creative, Finance, Labor Relations, and Legal.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Work directly with and assist the Production Executive to coordinate all features associated with the Production Executive’s office from strategic planning, and pre-production through the wrap of physical production.
+ Implement Studio policies and procedures for films supervised by the executive.
+ Heavy calendar and scheduling management.
+ Management of materials which includes maintaining lists, researching information, compiling, archiving, and securing files.
+ Work directly with production offices to secure day-to-day updates during production.
+ Set up production offices & early onboarding of crew members
+ Answer and screen phones.
+ Arrange travel for the executive & production team as needed.
+ Occasional script analysis required (breakdown sets, cast & location).
+ Special projects as required by the production team as needed.
+ Miscellaneous departmental duties as needed.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
+ Prior work experience in production.
+ Demonstrate a solid familiarity with the Film Production process.
+ Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel). Familiarity with SAP, Airtable, Zoom, Scenechronize, Movie Magic Budget & Scheduling a plus.
+ Demonstrate ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, make preliminary decisions, and change course of action quickly.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure, maintain professionalism, and service orientation.
+ Strong organizational and follow-thru skills, keeping manager informed on completed tasks and the status of current tasks at hand.
+ Strong assistant and multi-tasking skills are a must (phones, calendar, contacts). Ability to resolve routine issues and raise complex issues to management.
+ Ability to work with highly confidential material.
+ Effective communicator, both verbally and written.
+ Ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible.
+ Ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision.
+ Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $52,300.00 to $67,600.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
