Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Coordinator to facilitate a smooth interaction between Customer Service and the Production Floor.

Your Responsibilities:

Review order specifications provided from sales/customer service/customerCommunicate via voice and email to ensure orders are processed correctlyResolve order discrepancies with sales/customer service/customerEnsure high level of accuracy for all data and information provided to manufacturingData entryGenerate and prepare production work orders for manufacturing floorWork closely with office, manufacturing, and shipping personnelManage and file all documentation

Your Shift: 1st Shift - 7:30AM -4:00PM

You Must Have:

Good computer skills including experience and ability to quickly learn new software programsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to read and interpret work orders and instructions and interpret numerical dataMicrosoft Applications: Outlook, Access, Word, Excel

We Would Also Prefer:

High school diploma or equivalent1+ year Customer Service and/or production experienceFamiliarity with Star, Tops, or other ERP systems
