Production Coordinator

Job Summary

The Production Coordinator is responsible for compiling records and reports on various aspects of a plant’s production activities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares production reports on plant activityMaintains the inventory of production-related items and supplies as requiredPrepares reports regarding production downtime for payroll as requiredRequests new product codes as requiredVerifies that production sheets are properly numbered and loggedPrepares cycle count/inventory adjustments as requiredCreate Production / Shipping PacketsRevises product costing as requiredPrepares regular and special reports as requiredPerforms other duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum high school graduate with experience in business or office proceduresMinimum six months of experience in an office environmentWorking knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications Excel, Word, and Outlook
