Description Now Hiring a Production Coordinator in McAllen, TX!

Schedule: Monday- Saturday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM

Pay: $17.00/hr. Paid weekly

Production Coordinator Responsibilities:

Ensure the production floor is fully staffed. Ensure the production team meets scheduled goals. Coordinate quantity of materials needed for the orders. Ensure repack lines run in accordance with production plan. Overseeing the repack dept. to ensure they are performing efficiently. Entering the production totals for the day. Maintain accurate timing for production lines. Create and make sure production team follows the production schedule. Communication with QC Supervisor, Logistics Supervisors.

Production Coordinator Requirements:

Associate's degree in business management Minimum 2 years in produce warehouse Strong communication and critical thinking skills Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook) Fluent in English and Spanish Ability to work under pressure Must be able to lift up to 40lbs Ability to move/walk for long periods of time
