Create and maintain all non-stock purchase requisitions adhering to purchase order compliance. Set up new vendors in SAP system when required. Review open purchase orders on a regular basis to maintain PO data accuracy.Maintain daily, weekly and monthly productivity reports. Run required reports for managers when necessary. Check weekly for shift/day record runs.Compose and type routine correspondence and spreadsheets, organize and maintain file system, conduct research and compile and type statistical reports.Complete process for soliciting employees for weekend overtime, verifying eligibility, and posting overtime requirements weekly.Maintain attendance points records for plant employees on a weekly basis and issue corrective action forms for point violations. Verify eligibility for perfect attendance bonus on a quarterly basis for plant employees and maintain perfect attendance records. Enter perfect attendance requests into employees' timecards and update balances accordingly.Maintain record of employees' eligibility for company service awards. Order gift cards for those eligible and make gift available for supervisors and managers to award to employees on a timely basis.Strong excel, pp, able to analyze data, attention to detail, spending time in the plant when needed for communication.  

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $31.25 - $31.25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
