We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Generic Job Description** Coordinate the start-up operations of the assembly, testing, packaging, and rework areas within the previously approved manufacturing procedures, ensuring compliance with the required quality specifications to meet production requirements with the established efficiency. **Responsibilities:** + Train and develop a team to achieve quality and productivity goals and objectives. + Coordinate resources, train, and ensure certification of assigned personnel. + Ensure adherence to quality policies and department procedures. + Work and communicate effectively with suppliers and other departments. + Develop and train team leaders. + Record and maintain the training progress of team members. + Develop and monitor work plans. + Follow up on daily reports and management reports. + Participate with management in the development and implementation of programs to comply with internal company controls, the quality system, and the E&S production system. + Actively participate in fostering positive employee relations. + Ensure compliance with safety standards and provide safety talks to operational staff. + Coordinate and minimize execution times as necessary. + Manage and oversee labor, attendance, absenteeism, and overtime according to line requirements. + Participate in the analysis of failures and defects found in products manufactured on the line. + Promote continuous improvement activities with the team. + Knowledge and use of the AEGIS system. + Maintain a work area adhering to 5S principles. + Knowledge and use of the IOS system. + Control and reduction of scrap and PPMs. + Ensure the correct use of production equipment and report any anomalies for maintenance. + Inventory control. + Ensure the completion of corrective and preventive actions within their area of responsibility. **Authority:** + Stop the production line due to quality defects. + Support and direct line operations. + Create work teams and call meetings to solve problems. + Coordinate technical support areas for problem resolution during shifts. **Basic Requirements:** + Completed degree + Experience in a similar position (Minimum 3 years in electronic manufacturing) + Ability to supervise assigned personnel + Proficient in software packages such as Word and Excel + Effective communication skills + Leadership skills + Conflict management skills + Knowledge of the English language (preferred) + Self-directed + Initiative + Knowledge of lean manufacturing + Teamwork skills + Problem-solving ability + Knowledge of ISO 9000 + High sense of responsibility + Ability to rotate shifts as needed + Availability for overtime as required **Desired Requirements:** + Experience in the electronics industry + Knowledge of IPC criteria + Knowledge in SMT equipment failure diagnosis and processes + Knowledge of the English language **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
