This position reports to

Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a function focused on the optimization of the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment. Each day, you will ensure that the production process aligns with the project targets, approves the design, both for internal or external developed processes and performs the final test in accordance with the project’s data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring the efficiency of all external production processes.• Lead the team for switchgear manufacturing process management, optimization and standardization.• Lead the team for MNS switchgear’s component layout and wiring harness design. • Set up shopfloor operator competence matrix system, and provide sufficient skill trainings for assembly workers and assessment• CCRP handling related to manufacturing processes • Set up and maintain ETO product assembly time standard. • Responsible for new product or new technology introduction

Qualifications for the role

5 years relevant industry working experienceBachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, etc. Good enough in English skill（Spoken and written） Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and documentation skills High responsibility and ownership Good management skills in leadership Working under pressure and good learning ability.
