Are you an experienced electrician with a passion for production and hands-on electrical work? PDS Tech is looking for a skilled Production Electrician to join our team in Streetsboro, OH. Assignment Type: Full-Time, Temp to Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $27/HR, (paid weekly)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM (offers flexibility)

What You’ll Do:

Install, assemble, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

Work with tools such as screwdrivers, wire cutters, pliers, electric drills, bench drill presses, and soldering irons.

Utilize advanced equipment, including hydraulic knock-out punches, volt-ohm meters, watt meters, and power-driven conduit threaders.

Access and interpret technical drawings, prints, and bills of material using computers.

Handle various electrical materials like electric wire, conduits, relays, connectors, and control devices.

Requirements and Experience Needed for the Position:

Proficient in the use of screwdrivers, wire cutters, pliers, and rulers for electrical installations and repairs.

Hands-on experience with electric drills and bench drill presses for precise drilling and assembly tasks.

Skilled in soldering irons and guns for joining electrical components and ensuring secure connections.

Familiarity with specialized tools like hydraulic knock-out punches, volt-ohm meters, and watt meters for electrical testing and fabrication.

Experience operating power-driven and chain hoists, ropes, and other essential tools used in electrical assembly and equipment handling.

Materials Knowledge:

Experience working with electric wire, conduits, and various fittings for electrical systems.

Familiarity with mounting brackets, connector boxes, relays, and related components.

Ability to work with electrical controls, terminals, and other wiring accessories to assemble and maintain electrical systems effectively.

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
