This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chaska, Minnesota.

Work Environment

This position requires significant work hours beyond the normal workday as required by business cycles and customer volume. It demands managing tight deadlines with moderate interruptions. The physical demands include moderate bending, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting, and grasping. Standing and walking up to 4 hours per day. Continuous talking, teaching, and hand/wrist movement for 6 or more hours per day. Sensory requirements include good eyesight, normal hearing, and clear English communication. Work conditions involve both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned indoor environments, moving and lifting objects up to 50 lbs occasionally, and occasional travel by car and airplane. The work schedule is flexible, usually 8-10 hours between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with potential additional hours based on business demands.
