Production Engineer Are you a seasoned engineer with a passion for innovation and excellence? Join our dynamic team as a Production Engineer! In this role, you’ll provide technical expertise and innovative solutions to enhance quality and operations at our manufacturing and packaging site. You’ll collaborate closely with our Engineering, Validation, Quality, and Operations teams, as well as plant managers, supervisors, maintenance, safety, and scheduling teams to drive improvements in plant safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet business needs while delivering exceptional customer service. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting plant operations. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. + Ensure compliance with FDA current GMP regulations and quality systems. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering Management preferred). + 7+ years of engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Strong understanding of engineering principles, equipment operation, and system design documentation. + Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma processes and continuous improvement techniques. + Ability to make sound economic analyses and prudent financial judgments. + Experience with quality systems in an FDA-regulated environment is highly preferred. + Hands-on knowledge of production operations and control systems.
