Role Overview:

As a Production Engineer, you’ll be the technical backbone of our manufacturing and packaging operations. Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical solutions and support for manufacturing and packaging operations.Explore and implement innovative and alternative solutions to meet evolving business needs.Collaborate across functional areas to investigate and resolve issues impacting safety, quality, and efficiency.Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Build and maintain strong relationships within the organization to foster trust and encourage collaboration.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering Management preferred).7+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.An established understanding of equipment operation fundamentals, along with the ability to read and interpret schematics, flowcharts, and system design documentation.Proven expertise in Lean and Six Sigma processes, with an array of experience in continuous improvement techniques.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound economic analyses and exercise prudent financial judgment.Excellent communication skills, with a knack for connecting with individuals at all organizational levels.
