This position is based in Production Engineering Group within the manufacturing sector in Wilton, Connecticut.
To realize 'World Class' support to Manufacturing in order to ensure highest product quality, short lead-times and 'short time-to-market' by continuous improvement of ASML's new and existing products and processes.
Role and responsibilitiesThis position will entail working with other Production Engineers and Technicians to support the production of the Wafer Stage Chuck (Wafer Table)
Education and experienceBachelor of Science in Mechanical or Mechatronics or BS in Optical Engineering3+ years in an Engineering environment.Experience with precision mechanics, a plusWorking knowledge of Unigraphics and SAP a plus.Experience with CMM equipment a plusSkillsBOM structure checks and component evaluations working and with D&EDefine and create Manufacturing procedures and specifications.Introduce new products into production in an existing “Concurrent Engineering” environment.Create and design production tooling & qualification test.Generate technical work instructions and Test plans.Support production issues with concise troubleshooting of the Electro-Mechanical systems and sub systems.Evaluate and disposition failed parts with proposed solutions.Review Failure Analysis Reports from suppliers and help validate the root-cause of the failure.Learn to analyze metrology flatness data and run metrology equipmentOther informationEEO/AA (W/M/Vets/Disability) Employer.
