Job Description:

Are you a seasoned engineer with a passion for innovation and excellence? Join our dynamic team as a Production Engineer and bring your expertise to our cutting-edge manufacturing and packaging site. In this role, you'll provide technical solutions that enhance quality and operations, while delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll collaborate closely with our Engineering, Validation, Quality, and Operations teams, as well as plant managers, supervisors, maintenance, safety, and scheduling teams. Your daily interactions will be key to implementing changes and resolving issues that impact plant safety, quality, and efficiency. This position offers significant growth opportunities within the role and the company.

MUST HAVES:

7+ years of direct engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering Management preferred.Experience working with consumer packaging goods (CPG).Proven track record of improving production equipment (reducing waste and improving uptime).Strong root cause problem-solving skills.Pharma experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of engineering fundamentals related to equipment operation, utilizing standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.Ability to conduct sound economic analyses with prudent financial judgment.Initiative to identify and pursue projects aligned with broad goals.Proven ability to meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.Experience with quality systems in a GMP-regulated environment is strongly preferred.Hands-on knowledge of production operations and associated control systems is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $120000.00
