Summary: Seeking a Production Engineer with expertise in pharmaceutical/consumer goods packaging equipment and proficiency in AutoCAD, Lean Principles, Six Sigma, and project management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) 5+ years of experience in a production environment 5+ years of experience with packaging equipment (Bottling, Case Packaging, Labeling) Proficiency in AutoCAD Knowledge of quality systems and FDA regulated environments Experience in troubleshooting machinery/equipment/components

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Lean Principles, Six Sigma, Project Management Ability to read and understand drawings, flowcharts, and schematics

Responsibilities:

Work with specialists on the floor to engage operators and implement their input Review daily production data to determine priority lines Implement changes for manufacturing operations to meet delivery and increase efficiencies Collaborate with maintenance team on equipment breakdowns and repairs Address ongoing problems by changing processes to improve reliability and quality

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
