The role
Develop a deep knowledge in your area of expertise. Work with your team to provide vision and leadership within the strategic goals of FPA. Put the customer at the centre of everything you do. To introduce new moulded parts and / or processes into Production. To provide support to Production on existing moulded parts and processes.
Our ideal person
We love our people to be Personal Responsibility, ability to communicate with various levels of management, Attention to detail, Thoroughness, Keep Confidentiality, Integrity, At least 5 years post-graduate professional experience in a plastics injection moulding environment processing a variety of different materials. This experience would be gained from a mainly hands-on perspective preferably in a high volume, highly integrated manufacturing organisation where shop floor decisions were delivered decisively and confidently and where solutions to problems had long lasting, positive effects.
