Job Description
The Production Engineer is responsible for supporting packaging and formulation production operations. This role ensures production line efficiencies, manages lean manufacturing projects, assists with equipment installations, and troubleshoots machinery. The Production Engineer will act as a subject matter expert and support capital projects from inception to completion, including equipment upgrades and ROI assessments. Mechanical aptitude is essential due to the mechanical nature of the production equipment.

The Production Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and work on a team with six other Production Engineers in Plant 7, the packaging and formulation plant in Allegan. The standard hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional off-shift hours required to collaborate with the production team. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.
