Production Engineer – Memphis, TN
This is an exempt-level position.
Responsibilities:Partner with the business areas and (key) shareholders to manage expectations of production process outcomes.Define project scope and plans for delivery for projects according to the roles & responsibility matrix and execute the project, including costing and implementation according to the FEL guidelines.Provide technical guidance/support to operations by means of procedures, trainings and troubleshooting.Provide support to internal and external stakeholders in technically-related subjects.Lead/support improvement initiatives in the production area.Monitor project results including budget and quality.Initiate, evaluate and see that changes to the process are carried through completion and properly communicated.Ensure local process, procedures compliance with local, state, and federal legislation, regulatory requirements, and ADM policies (i.e., IPPC permits, safety legislation, HACCP, GMP, HAZOP, and TPS policy).Support and drive safe work with ADM employees, contractors.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical.Minimum experience of 3 years in a Manufacturing/Industrial Environment.Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.Experience with Capex Projects.Additional Skills:Knowledge of SAPProficient in the use of Microsoft OfficeExcellent interpersonal communication skillsExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
