As a Production Engineering Technician, you’ll be involved in equipment repair & preventative maintenance, product troubleshooting, and process improvement for all areas of the manufacturing floor.

As a Production Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for:

Assisting in maintaining plant production equipment by making repairs within scope of expertise and beyondInterprets and follows through on repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, and follows various safe work procedures.Learning to identify equipment malfunctions and repair before catastrophic failure.Operating medium sized manufacturing process equipment (e.g. laser welders, pc based equipment,  pneumatic machines, basic electronics, etc.).

Have a Highschool Diploma or GEDHave the ability to read and interpret routine instructions, schematics, and engineering drawingsHave advanced office or technical skills, acquired through a combination of prior training and directly related experience

The hourly pay scale for this position is $28-$42/hr USD if employed in New York

You will be eligible to participate in Company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k). Coverage options and contribution amounts are related to your benefit elections, base salary level, and specific requirements of each of these plans.
