Job Description:

Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia

CoWorx Staffing Services has IMMEDIATE openings for Production Mixer in Lawrenceville, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Staging, Picking and staging of Raw Materials needed for Work order.
• Check labeling, against work order to ensure the right material is staged. Complete setup form on front of the work order before starting your weighing and mixing process.
• Identify needed materials, weigh each item individually and copy weight.
• Ensure that Mixer is kept clean and functional during and between operations and report any issues to your supervisor.
• Properly check off each charge as they have been mixed to ensure accuracy.
• Clean station after each order to avoid contamination.
• Complete mixing paperwork to account for what has been blended.
• Close out each order by re-weighing unused raw materials and updating labels.
• Clean and organize mixing stations.
• Check and follow Startup Procedures to ensure that the line is ready for Production.
• Check labeling against work order to ensure the right material is staged for extrusion.
• Complete setup form within the work order following the Control Plan provided.
• Visually check material against the specimen standard from the Control Plan. Extrusion
• Perform extruder set-up.
• Refill hoppers during production.

Desired Background/Skills:

-Highschool diploma or equivalent
-Must be 18+ years old

Shift:
-5:30PM-4:30 AM; Monday-Thursday
