As a design-build company located in Walpole, NH, we are seeking a Material Handler to join our growing team at our Keene facility. This will be for our second shift Monday to Friday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Training will begin during first shift ideally. There is a shift differential of $2.50/hr for second shift! Primary Responsibilities + Load, organize, and unload building materials within and around factory + Maintain steady flow of inventory for CNC processing from generated lists + Work closely with CNC Leads to ensure efficient machine operation and material supply to factory operations + Operate relevant heavy equipment like forklifts + Take inventory of material (notify Procurement if necessary) + Utilize inventory and records software + Ensure safe handling of materials + As needed - help team build insulated walls, roofs, interior walls, floors Skills and Qualifications + Good communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to measure and identify different lumber + Forklift and machinery experience + Interest in learning high quality/high performance construction methods + Desire to learn & good attitude, Teamwork is a must! + Strong attention to detail + Valid driver’s license w/clean driving record + Strong work ethic with a can-do, positive attitude + Computer literacy and familiarity in AutoCAD or similar programs helpful Compensation & Benefits + Hourly wage will be commensurate with experience with shift differential! + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-term Disability, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance, FSA, 401k and more! + Work done in a climate controlled indoor space + Yearly work boot allowance
