**Job Title: Production Floor Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Floor Worker to join our team. This role involves general labor tasks, including loading and unloading bins for operators, and requires physical stamina and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in labor and manufacturing and the ability to read and perform basic math. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload customer bins into Rex Heat bins for oven processing. + Ensure correct labeling and quantities in each bin. + Comprehend and follow label instructions for loading bins. + Maintain attention to detail to ensure customers receive the correct pieces. + Perform tasks involving bending, twisting, and stooping throughout the day. + Lift items weighing 50-60 lbs. regularly, using an overhead hoist for larger pieces. + Potentially learn to test pieces, operate a forklift, and perform other duties as needed. **Essential Skills** + At least 6 months of labor experience. + At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. + Proven ability to read and perform basic math. + Strong attention to detail. + Good mathematical skills. + Capability for heavy lifting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly, machine operation, and forklift operation is a plus. + No specific education or certifications required. **Why Work Here?** Join a team-oriented environment where your contributions are valued. The work environment is very hot due to ovens running at all times. The dress code prohibits shorts and requires appropriate coverage for safety. Employees may wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts as long as they meet the coverage requirements. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
